Swim Bike Run

SWIM (1.2 Miles):

The 1.2-mile swim course is a point-to-point course that will start near Paris Avenue and Lakeshore Drive in Lake Pontchartrain.

This will be a wave-start swim with each wave entering the water at five-minute intervals.

The swim is wetsuit legal.

BIKE (56 Miles):

The 56-mile bike course starts at the transition area at the University of New Orleans research campus.

The course is one loop and extremely flat with one bridge that athletes will cross over twice.

Race management will also provide three bike bottle exchange locations on the route.

The course will include three aid stations with bottled water, Gatorade, PowerBars and PowerGels.

Restrooms will also be located at the three aid stations.

RUN (13.1 Miles):

The run course is a simple point-to-point run that starts from the transition area at the University of New Orleans research campus and finishes in front of the famed Jackson Square.

The run course is flat and fast with an overpass that athletes will cross-over once.
