Louisville Swim Louisville Bike Louisville Run

SWIM (2.4 Miles):

The swim starts at the Waterfront Park boat dock, adjacent to Tumbleweed Southwest Grill, and finishes at the wharf just west of the Great Lawn.

Athletes will begin the point-to-point swim in the sheltered waters behind Towhead Island before entering the main channel of the Ohio River and swimming downstream toward the finish line.

BIKE (112 Miles):

Athletes will experience much of Louisville and surrounding areas on the bike course, which includes a two-loop section through Oldham and Henry counties and the historic city of LaGrange.

While the course is not highly technical and features no sustained climbs, athletes will be challenged by plenty of rolling hills.

RUN (26.2 Miles):

The primarily flat, two-loop run course showcases historic areas of Louisville and its signature landmarks.

Athletes can expect to see the University of Louisville Campus and Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby, before reaching the turnaround point at Iroquois Park.

The run culminates with a festive finish line celebration at Fourth Street Live in downtown Louisville.
