Germany Swim Germany Bike Germany Run

SWIM (2.4 Miles):

The swim is in Langener Waldsee, a calm lake south of Frankfurt.

It is a two-lap course with a short running passage between laps.

Wetsuits are allowed up to a water temperature of 75 F.

BIKE (112 Miles):

The bike course will take athletes through spectacular downtown Frankfurt and through beautiful landscapes of the surrounding countryside.

The two-loop course is slightly hilly with several demanding climbs.

Thousands of spectators line the course and create a Tour de France feeling.

The bike course is completely closed to traffic.

RUN (26.2 Miles):

The four-loop course along the River Main in downtown Frankfurt is flat and fast.

Crowds of spectators line the course and gather at the spectacular finish-line party on the historical Roemerberg.
