We are pleased to have Troy Jacobson as our Official Coach of the
Ironman Executive Challenge Training Program.

 

In addition to achieving success at Ironman as a sub nine-hour racer and top 20 finisher at Kona in 1998, Troy is one of the most seasoned and successful multisports coaches in the world. 

He has over 20 years experience in coaching athletes of all levels and has helped revolutionize multisports coaching with his own coaching software and training DVDs. 

Ironman XC Executive Challenge Training Program Benefits:

  • 16 Week Training Plan: This training plan is designed with the busy executive in mind, balancing the need for rigorous training with everyday life. Two different levels of training are
  • offered (Intermediate and Advanced)
  • Spinervals DVDs: Choose from a library of DVDs that include cycling workouts, proper training techniques, Ironman course overviews, and more.  As an XC athlete, you’ll receive a complimentary package of 3 Training DVDs.
  • Webinars: For each Ironman XC Event, a training webinar will be offered to discuss topics ranging from training, nutrition to race day strategy.
  • Email Access: Have a question…want to make sure you’re on track?  Ask one of Coach Troy’s certified coaches (to be assigned to you).
