Swim Bike Run

SWIM (2.4 Miles):

The two-loop swim course is in crystal clear Lake Coeur d’Alene.

Athletes will exit the water and have a short run on the white sandy beach before re-entering the lake for the second loop.

Wetsuits are permitted, as water temperatures tend to hover in the high 60s or low 70s.

BIKE (112 Miles):

Cyclists make two loops through the forested hills and farmlands of rural northern Idaho.

The middle section of each loop passes through the city of Hayden and includes plenty of rolling hills.

RUN (26.2 Miles):

The majority of the run course is along the tree-lined shore of dazzling Lake Coeur d’Alene.

The cheers of approximately 25,000 onlookers help runners tackle the two-loop course, which includes a steep, defining climb at the southern turn-around.
